I am pleased to report that we have a request for a new union to join the New York State Public Employee Conference.
Martin Fogarty is the President of the Rockland County Correction Officers Benevolent Association.
He represents Correction Officers
In accordance with existing procedure as per our by-laws if anyone has an objection to accepting this application for membership you are to notify me via email and state your reasons for rejection of membership.
There is no need to respond if you agree with acceptance of membership
If I do not hear any negative response by close of business Thursday, February 6, 2023, I will proceed to notify President Fogarty that his application for membership was approved and welcome him into our organization.
