I hope this email finds all of you and your members safe and in good health.
The room block for our Annual Meeting/Convention has been opened and the rooms are filling up fast. You should have received an email with two attachments.
I received some calls regarding no availability to check in on December 1 Thursday. After much discussion with the Caribe Hilton staff they have added more rooms for December 1 check in.
If you were shut out and still want to check in on Dec 1, I suggest you call as soon as possible. I anticipate that these added rooms will not be there long.

The letter provides important information and the flyer provides the link to register as well as giving you a brief outline of the initial agenda so you can make your plans accordingly.
If you plan to attend I urge all of you to book as soon as possible. You have up to 30 days in advance of our event date to cancel your reservation with no penalty.
