I have received a request for NYSPEC to issue a memo of Support from
Christine Lampropoulos, President of Bridge and Tunnel Superior Officers
Benevolent Association
S4897 (Senator Gounardes) / A4060 MOA (Abbate)
This bill would grant Binding Arbitration to the Superior Officers Benevolent Association the only MTA union who does not have this ability.
In the interest of time if I do not hear back from anyone in opposition to NYSPEC issuing the Support Memo by close of business Wednesday November 10 I will proceed to issue the support memo
