I have received requests to issue 3 Memos In Support for Bills that have passed both houses.
If anyone has an issue with NYSPEC issuing these 3 MIS you need to notify me via email and state the reason why you are opposed to PEC issuing the memos by close of business June 22, 2023.
Also note, now is the time to request a MIS if you have a bill that has passed both houses. I prefer not to receive them towards the end of the year because that is when I will be inundated with the Convention preparation.
